Is REIC demonstrates the model and details of its Kartal Project for the first time at Cityscape Global 2014 to be held on September 21-23, 2014 in Dubai in booth no. 2H10. İs REIT –who also allowed the project’s visuals to be displayed for the first time in the same fair last year—will now unveil the further details of the project which is located in a unique area with the view of Marmara Sea and the Princes’ Islands in Istanbul.
Is REIC will participate in the Cityscape Global 2014, the largest real estate network attended by regional and global investors, architects and designers. The Kartal project to be displayed in the fair is a mix one with residence, commercial and office areas. The investment value of the project is to be around USD 305 million.
The project consists of five apartment buildings and commercial units that makes the new living center unique with the fascinating view of Marmara Sea and Islands. Perkins Eastman, the globally known planning and design firm, has also partnered with Is REIC. Designed to be value enhancing and a high standard one, Kartal Project is located within the center of a network comprising highways, rail system, airport arteries and marine transportation.
The apartment buildings for residence has a wide selection ranging from 1+0 and 5+1 units in addition to the offices and commercial units. Is REIC’s General Director Turgay Tanes says, “The project bearing value adding aspects to the area has 36,724 sqm area. Further details will be publicly shared following the completion of the project processes. The launch is planned to take place in late 2014.”
