Registration of Issued Capital (14.07.2011)
Registration of increase of our issued capital from TRY 450.000.000 to TRY 600.000.000 was completed on 08.07.2011 and has been announced on issue no.7858 of Turkish Trade Registry Gazette dated 14.07.2011.
Decision Regarding the Capital Increase (11.04.2011)
At the meeting of Board Of Directors that was held on 11th April 2011, it was unanimously decided to increase Company's current issued capital by 33,333%, from TRY 450.000.000 to TRY 600.000.000, within the registered capital ceiling of TRY 2.000.000.000. The amount of TRY 150.000.000 of the increase will be covered by retained earnings. As regarded; the shares to be issued for the capital increase, will be distrubuted as bonus shares to the shareholders in proportion of their share in the Company's capital. Our Company will apply to the Capital Markets Board (CMB) to complete the necessary prosedures.
ANNOUNCEMENT OF İŞ GAYRİMENKUL YATIRIM ORTAKLIĞI A.Ş. REGARDING THE ALLOCATION OF BONUS SHARES
The shares with the nominal value of TRY 150.000.000, that are to be issued due to the increase in our issued capital covered by retained earnings, from TRY 450.000.000 to TRY 600.000.000 within the registered capital ceiling of TRY 2.000.000.000, were registered by Capital Markets Board(Board)'s registry document dated 01/06/2011 and numbered GYO.82/487. However this registration does not mean the guarantee of our Company or its shares by the Board or the public.
Out of the shares representing the increased capital of TRY 150.000.000, our shareholders have the right to get bonus shares in proportion of 33,33333% of their share in the Company's capital.
The shares to be issued will have the right to receive dividends as of the fiscal year 2011. In case, the Company makes profit and a decision regarding the distribution of the profit is taken in the Ordinary General Meeting, the shares to be issued will receive their first dividend related with 2011 year end profit.
Principles of using bonus share rights:
The operations regarding the allocation of bonus shares, will begin on 06/06/2011. There is no time limit for bonus share operations.
Shareholders, whose shares are kept electronically by the Central Registry Agency, in accordance with the regulations of Capital Markets Board regarding demateralization system, will receive their bonus shares in dematerialized form.
